A (rental) car is highly recommended. Because the Vila Maria holiday home is indeed close to the beaches and restaurants of Benagil. But to the cosy and lively Praia do Carvoeiro with its many shops and restaurants you would rather drive the 5 minutes needed to get there. A car is also recommended to do your shopping at Intermarche, Aldi, Apolonia or Pingo Douce. The advantage of Vila Maria is not only that you live close to the beach, have a lot of privacy and rent a natural house with beautiful views, but also that you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. The accommodation is about 300m inland from the main road from Lagoa to the Benagil coast.
